Caps are great! They're cool, practical...and people wear them on their weird oval heads for everyone to see!

There are many options when it comes to these and we'll gladly provide you with some fitting options, specifically for your project.

Whether you already have a design ready or need us to help you out with that, like any technique, screen printing has limitations that affect the design possibilities. A good example of this is, that each colour is printed seperately through a stencil in a mesh screen, so gradients and greyscales are limited to halftone (little dots) printing and will loose some detail.
Just send us your design if you have it, and we'll let you now if it's good to go, or needs some fixing!

For caps, we print plastisol transfers in mirror image first and then fixate them on the bag with a heat press, resulting in the same look, feel and durability of the final product as any screen printed garment.

We work with plastisol inks for great coverage, flexibility and a bright, long lasting end result.

We understand that printing merch is quite the investment for beginning bands and struggling artists.

The minimum order volume for these is only 10, but if you're not sure how fast you will sell these, we can also print just the transfers and produce, let's say 5 caps. That way you only pay for the print and the first 5 caps, and you can let us know when to produce the next batch of finished products.

Our caps are screen printed, but with an extra step:

• Preparation of the screens

• Exposure of the screens

• Development of the stencil

• Setting up the press

• Printing

• Half-curing the transfers

• Fixation on the cap

The pricing of your order depends heavily on many different things, like: the complexity of the design, the amount of colours included, the type of cap you choose and the volume of your order... So, without knowing what you want, it's impossible to just give you an indication right here, right now.
We don't feed our dad often though, so we can keep it low!
