SCREEN PRINTING

THE SUBSTRATE
A substrate is what you print on. (Such as a T-shirt, but in our case: pretty much anyting textile) and it's very important to choose the right one for your project!
We offer a wide range of different types of substrates to choose from, in any price, weight, fabric or colour category.
We gladly advise you on this matter as we always aim for the best result!

THE DESIGN
Whether you already have a design ready or need us to help you out with that, like any technique, screen printing has limitations that affect the design possibilities. A good example of this is, that each colour is printed seperately through a stencil in a mesh screen, so gradients and geyscales are limited to halftone (little dots) printing and will loose some detail.
Just send us your design if you have it, and we'll let you now if it's good to go, or needs some fixing!

THE PRINT
We work with plastisol inks for great coverage, flexibility and a bright, long lasting end result.
Printing up to 6 colors per design, we can even reach a full color effect if desired (halftone in CMYK).
All our prints are individually stretch-tested after curing and a wash-test is applied on each new run.

THE VOLUME
We understand that having merch screen printed can be quite the investment for beginning bands and struggling artists: You need at least several of each size if it's clothing not to disappoint any of your new fans at the gig, but what sizes will go fastest? What if you are stuck with all those shirts?
Don't worry, we got you!
First of all: T-shirts sell really well at gigs. Additionally: We offer the possibility of ordering just 25 shirts (5 of each size. S-XXL) so you can try it out yourself!

It's a labour intensive job and we love most of it, but being idealists, we expedite the more hazardous parts of it to our dad.

THE PRICE
The pricing of your order depends heavily on many different things, like: the complexity of the design, the amount of colours included, the type of substrate you choose and the volume of your order... So, without knowing what you want, it's impossible to just give you an indication right here, right now. However, we start at around seven euro's per printed T-shirt, including all the preparations (tax and postage not included) and you can sell them for around twice that price.
